No. Wang Manor is open to anyone who needs a place for their cars.

Can I rent instead of buy?

Yes. Units will be for sale or rent. Purchase prices start at $400,000, and rental rates are still being set.

What comes standard?

A 30' × 50' unit, 20 feet tall, with a 20' × 20' overhead door, a man door, and electricity, water and sewer. Mezzanines, lifts and finishes are up to you.

Is joining the list a commitment?

No. We're still working out the details and want to know who's interested. You'll get plans and pricing as they're ready.
